We offer professional development and learning, and program development and quality improvement training for licensed early care and education programs and early educators working in our region. We also provide consultation for family child care owners and out-of-school time and center directors and administrators. Please be in touch with us if you are interested in working with a skilled coach offering support for all aspects of managing an ECE business including curriculum development and improvement, professional development and training for staff, and meeting the social, emotional, and educational needs of families and children. Luisana Lizardo

Northeast PDC Manager

Luisana Lizardo was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in St. Thomas, US Virgin Island. She moved to Massachusetts in 2005. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts. She has worked in the field of early education for the past 11 years and has held many different roles. Her most recent position was Director of Training for Community Training Group. She has facilitated many trainings and workshops over the years for educators and is a strong believer of the power of education. Mentoring educators to develop themselves and their skills is a passion of hers. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Carlos, and three boys (Manny, Danny and Liam). She enjoys traveling, home decorating and watching a good SCARY movie.
