Are you a new administrator needing support with day-to-day operations? Not sure how to write a policy? Need support with navigating EEC website? You are not alone. Come together with other administrators and learn from one another. Training on specific topics will be offered based on the needs of the group. This cohort meets bi-weekly. Additional 1 on 1 individual coaching is available up to 20 hours for each educator.

Goals/Objectives:
1.) Drive performance results that meet the needs of the group as well as the individual
2.) Develop administrators' skills and abilities
3.) Build administrator commitment and working relationships with cohort members
4.) Challenge administrators to perform to their best and as self-sufficiently as possible
5.) Provide leadership to encourage progress
6.) Reinforce quality performance and accountability
